Acreditação de serviços de saúde no Brasil: análise dos impactos percebidos por avaliadores em diferentes tipos de organizações
Accreditation of Health Services in Brazil: analysis of the impacts perceived by evaluators in different types of organizations

Este estudo exploratório investigou os impactos da acreditação nível 1 em organizações de Atenção Primária, Laboratórios e Hospitais, a partir da percepção de 34 avaliadores experientes. Utilizando questionário semiestruturado com itens fechados e perguntas abertas, foram analisadas dimensões de Pessoas, Processos e Tecnologia. Os resultados indicam que a acreditação fortalece o engajamento profissional, consolida a cultura de segurança e promove a padronização de fluxos de trabalho, refletindo em serviços mais seguros, eficientes e humanizados. Na esfera tecnológica, percebe-se avanço no uso de sistemas de informação e prontuários eletrônicos, fundamentais para a rastreabilidade e a agilidade nos atendimentos. Apesar dos benefícios, ressalta-se a sobrecarga emocional dos profissionais e desafios de infraestrutura e burocratização. Os achados evidenciam a importância de lideranças empáticas, capacitação contínua e investimentos em infraestrutura para maximizar o valor social da acreditação. Conclui-se que a perspectiva dos avaliadores oferece subsídios estratégicos para políticas públicas e práticas institucionais visando o aprimoramento sustentável dos serviços de saúde.
